Light-Tight
A darkroom is only useful if no light gets in. This page sets out what we hold and the reason for each item.
What we keep
- Your account: email, a salted password hash, first name, birthday, gender, and whatever you add to your darkroom log.
- Your proofs, and the notes each woman keeps about you, which let her remember.
- A session cookie, plus a small marker that you passed the adults-only door.
- Payment records: the amount and the chain reference. No card number exists in our systems, since no card is taken.
- Routine server logs, kept for a short while as a security measure.
What we use it for
To run the chat, enforce the lab rules and keep the site standing. An AI model we host, or a supplier tied to that one task, handles your messages, and an automatic screen looks them over for harm. Nobody buys your chats, and no advertiser gets a look. We never ask for, accept or store a picture from you.
Counting visitors
A simple visitor counter shows how many people came through the door and which countries they came from. It does not read your proofs.
Your controls
Each proof's menu allows you to alter her notes, save a copy or wipe the proof. To delete the account together with everything it holds, write to the footer mailbox from the account's own email. If your national law grants you more, tell us and we will honour that.
